All artworks by Penelope Jayne are carefully packaged in my studio on the Central Coast of Australia to ensure they arrive safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days after purchase.
Packaging
Each artwork is carefully wrapped using protective materials to safeguard the painting during transit.
Shipping Within Australia
Artworks are shipped using tracked delivery services such as Australia Post or courier services. A tracking number will be provided once the artwork has been dispatched.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on selected artworks. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Damage
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the artwork so I can assist in resolving the issue.
