Refund Policy – Original Artwork

Original artworks by Penelope Jayne are one-of-a-kind pieces created in my studio on the Central Coast of Australia.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on individual screen settings.

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind.

If an artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so we can assist with a resolution.  

All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.  Each artwork is carefully inspected before shipping.
