 What I Offer

Each personalized painting is handcrafted in oils and/or mixed media using archival-quality materials and layered techniques. I offer:

  • Portraits – Soulful, tender depictions that go beyond likeness

  • Nature & Landscapes – Dreamlike seascapes, florals, and wildlife

  • Symbolic Compositions – Art rich with personal meaning, legacy, or spiritual depth

  • Tribute & Memorial Works – Created with compassion, honouring loved ones

The Journey

Commissioning a personalized painting is a meaningful experience—and one I guide with warmth and clarity:

  1. Reach Out – Fill out the form or email me to share your vision.

  2. Connect – We’ll have a thoughtful conversation about your ideas, desired size, timeline, and tone.

  3. Secure Your Place – A signed agreement and 40% deposit secures your place in my studio calendar.

  4. Creation Begins – As I paint, I’ll send you updates and photos. You’ll be part of the creative unfolding. A 30% progress payment is due halfway through.

  5. Completion – The final 30% balance is due before delivery. Your painting will be packaged with care and shipped, or collected in person.

Investment

All prices are in AUD and USD as a guideline.  Each work is individually quoted based on size, detail, and materials.  

  • Small Works – from 700 AUD / 450 USD
    (Approx. 12" x 16" / 30cm x 40cm)

  • Medium Works – from 1500 AUD / 965 USD
    (Approx. 24" x 36" / 60cm x 90cm)

  • Large Statement Pieces – from 3500 AUD / 2250 USD
    (Approx. 40" x 48" / 100cm x 120cm)

Custom framing, gold leaf, and international shipping are available and quoted separately.

Timeline

Each personalized painting takes approximately 10–12 weeks from consultation to completion. If you have a special date in mind, please let me know—I'd be happy to accommodate where possible.

Provenance

Every commissioned painting includes a Certificate of Sale and Authenticity, signed and dated to ensure provenance. This document accompanies your artwork and confirms it as an original work by Penelope Jayne.
